We can issue refunds, but we do so at our sole discretion.
For Safety Reasons We CANNOT Provide Exchanges.
Returned merchandise, destroyed.
Why This is Our Policy:
The reason we do not accept exchanges, simply matter of consumer safety.
We do not feel safe reselling you a product returned to us by another consumer.
Any products returned to us get destroyed and discarded.
Product delivery and quality, always 100% GUARANTEED.
We DO NOT offer free product sampling.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
In the event of lost or stolen mail,product replacement, issued immediately. Prior to contacting us, please use your USPS tracking number and contact your local post office. Packaging that cannot fit in your mailbox, sometimes returned to the post office for until they can notify you. Simply a safety precaution. USPS may not want to leave it on your doorstep for fear package may break or stolen.
Refunds or replacement issued on ALL damaged goods.
MuscleLabsUSA.com does not offer “free sampling” of merchandise.

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods, please first contact us and explain the situation. We will then advise you whether to return the goods to ourselves or the manufacturer depending upon the problem. We accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. We do not however, accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.
We do ask that you please contact us first to let us know that the product is being returned. Muscle Labs USA Sports Supplements recommend that all returns sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if lost in the post.
If package returned to us because no one at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement made between the customer and the couriers, the item, refunded minus either a 20% restocking fee.
If the customer refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries, deemed breaking our terms and conditions. Unless a mistake with the order or the order, damaged in transit.
