Description
Post cycle therapy is a method of employing supplements which work synergistically via various mechanisms to stabilise and restore balance back to normal once a suppression anabolic/thermogenic cycle has ended. Post Cycle Therapy can sometimes be one of the most important (yet overlooked) aspects of a complete, successful stacking cycle. PCT is of great importance because it ensures you retain the gains you make during a steroid/supplement stacking cycle. Most often only used for 30 days. You do not need to stay on PCT.
Why is PCT Is Recommended ?
PCT is a great way to keep and enhance those gains you made after a 12-24 week stack / cycle. Post Cycle Therapy is referred to as a “bridge compound” because it takes you from one stack to the next. PCT is what you should normally use in between your stacks and cycles. If you are serious about gaining muscle and losing fat, you will be using bodybuilding supplements year round. You will go through phases such as bulking and cutting, but there will also be downtime in between those cycles – and that is when PCT should be used. PCT is the transition supplement of choice and should be used for 4 weeks in between every stack.
